It's another boring day.

But the chinese advertisements on tv say otherwise. We've got this one on a few hysterical masses who seem to have all the time in the cosmos to be able to congregate and play pranks on unsuspecting, solitary men and women in the street.

I know just the perfect way to nab these idlers.

"Ha-llo? Is this the mata-house? Yah I want to compRain ah, down here got so many people ga-derling the congee-gation and somemore they post their vee-deo on national free-to-air tv!! What are you Police doing? Waste taxpayer money ah??"

This is just the typical script many "complainants" say when they approach police station. Haha it's a fallacy though, that policemen don't pay taxes.

Anyways, it's the advertisement on the new, well ok lah not very new already website version of channel 8 and channel u news.

It's a refreshing implementation I must say, with all the online reports and all. It's just like the Chinese counterpart of STOMP. I just feel that

the response for the two websites is a bit different.. It's just a feeling, judging by the comments in the news anchors' blogs in Xin.sg and the general talk in STOMP. Seems like there are more intellectual people in Xin.sg? Though just now, very the berry now in this very moment I've just seen some shit comments on one of the blogs. Damn.

But the atmosphere in Xin.sg is definitely more intellectual and focused, albeit with a fun side to it. It's nice knowing that we've got people from China commenting as well. I've got to hand it to the news anchors cos' they never seem to run out of topics to talk about in their frequent blogging.

This is the difference between dedicated university scholars and a dedicated bummer like me.

Kudos to our Mandarin News Anchors!

Here's one for thought, if you can ignore the header picture, which I've very unfortunately not gotten over as well.
