Photo update and a bit more

My buddy Chang has just re-mastered his song. Here's a link:

I think it's a personal fetish of sorts, but Chang's song has this really warm, Rock feel, while mine feels like a rip-off some techno song. You see, I love to play with reverb and delay, and Chang kept it simple on this number.

Perhaps I should really cut down on that reverb. It's an unhealthy obsession to imagine echoes in your recordings.

Aight onto my photo update.

Bought this pedal for my dear brother for him to step on and try to practise leg-hand coordination. Apparently, it is not going very well, cos the bed board that he's supposed to bang on does not have that "bouncy" quality to it. So it's hitting your head on the wall.
I also dun understand the need to include lame gimmicks onto the pedal itself. That's a smiley face there we see, ain't it?

So much has happened at Plaza Singapura since I left Guitar School at Yamaha. So much that they now have this pet shop at the basement 2 where there used to be handphone shop. Not that I missed the handphone shop or wat, but just that the sight of these furry animals spinning frantically in their wheels makes me wonder.
What is it that makes us attribute more care and lovin' to these creatures? Is it because they've got a substantial amount of body muscle to be called an animal? Is it the fur? Is the girl beside you squealing over it?
I was looking at these hamsters, and I thought that the way they were interacting with their surroundings, it is not much difference from the manner the ants in my house do as they navigate around my five fingers.

Sometime ago I posted 2 pictures of related people separated by the gaming console. Here's a pictures showing 2 people bonded through the same gaming console.
It's still pathetic at any rate.

Rock out with Quasimodo at the Heeren. I think it's cool playing the music they play.

You can see the harmony in the wholly trinity.

This is today's picture. Damn the long queue reminds of the one I'm going to face on the 5th of January at the Substation.

That's gonna be a squeeze.

Someone's cooking something really smelly. Damn.
